Refund policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Orders cancelled before shipment or fulfillment are eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation processing fee of 5% of the order total, up to a maximum of $10.00.
• This fee covers payment processing and handling costs that are non-recoverable at the time of cancellation.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by [contacting us directly] prior to your order being fulfilled or shipped.
• Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Return Policy for options.

Example: A $80 order cancelled before shipment would receive a refund of $76.00 (5% = $4.00 fee). A $300 order would receive a refund of $290.00 ($10.00 maximum fee).
